Picture Selection and Tips:
Your movie will only be as good as the pictures you've chosen. It's always best to pick clear, non blurry photos. While some photo restoration and cropping can inprove picture quality, your DVD will turn out better with clear pictures.
Black and white photos are great. Don't forget to include those.
While group shots are great to include, don't pick many that have a large number of people in them as this can clutter your movie.
If you choose to scan your own photos and send them on a photo CD, make sure you clean off your scanner often with a lint free towel to avoid smudges or dust particles that can scan along with your pictures and be seen in your video. This is a great option if you're trying to save on expense.
Regardless of which package you choose, you'll save $30 if you scan your own pictures.
